Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The cleaner head on the Dyson Cyclone V10 can be used on laminate wood flooring. We do carry an Absolute model, which features two cleaner heads, one of which is a soft roller. If you have flooring that may be more susceptible to scratching or marking, you may prefer that model.
