Read the post from MadEngineerMark and then have someone with a Torq screwdriver remove it and clean it thoroughly with an old toothbrush and liquid hand soap. Even letting the filter soak in a small glass of water with a little clothing washing machine liquid soap should loosen the debris in the filter. Bad design, very bad.
