“@Dyson (Krystal): Lowest heat temperature is hot/burns after few seconds if held against scalp or hand (with diffuser), is this normal? Trying to figure out if I have a faulty dryer or not. My previous dryer on low could be held against scalp much longer.”

Hi Fae, this Is Krystal with Dyson. The temperature at the lowest setting is 140°F and 212° at the highest. Previously, close up styling could expose your hair to excessive temperatures. Now, with intelligent heat control, you can dry without the risk of extreme heat. In addition, the attachments are coated with cool wall technology, making it relatively cool to touch and easy to twist. Therefore, the tools should not get hot to the touch.
