Fold a piece of 8.5 x 11 paper in half longwise. The Dyson hairdryer will fit within the 4.2 by 11 inch footprint. The attachments (focus nozzle and diffuser, for example) when magnetically attached make the footprint slightly larger, but within an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper. Hope this helps. Dryer is amazing!
