For 400$, does a human Stylist come with the product? null

LOL....no, but I feel every stylist should owe one of these! ...And people that want to feel like a stylist. Hefty price tag, but worth it if you spend a long time drying your hair. I.e. 45 min blow dry sessions knocked down to ~10 mins.

No, you probably need to try it first before you buy it and think twice about it. For me it's a great but the way you say it, I wouldn't recommend it.

I wish.. if it did, I would like it to be a smoking hot blonde..
