Bought this for my mom. She went over her already dry hair with this and it made her hair so smooth it looked like she just came home from the salon. And it is not as loud as other dryers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m a hairstylist, love this blow dryer the first few months. It’s so lightweight, quiet and literally drys in less than half the time with beautiful smooth results. I actually recommend this to my clients, with one disclosure. It stops working well after a few months. It still drys but the power is half and the heat is worse. It’s probably ok in a home situation being used by one person. As a stylist, I pay more for the warranty than I’ve ever paid for my house appliances. Because I know I have 10 months max. I’ve tried the professional dryer. It was great but when it started losing its power I was without a dryer while they sent me a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.unlike other blow dryers, this dyson is easier to hold, its very light. The design of the blow dryer also prevents less damage from heat. I have it, and love it. I agree it's a little expensive. I'm hoping this design is used on cheaper blow dryers because its great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi There! Thank you for your interest in the Supersonic. The Supersonic is unlike any other hair dryer available. It features a glass bead thermistor which measures the exit temperature 20 times every second. It transmits this data to the microprocessor, which then sends calculated instructions to the heating element thus controlling the heat to prevent heat damage. Hair will dry faster with the V6 motor which is 6 times faster and one third the size of other hair dryer motors. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
