“Why is Amazon charging over $500 for this same iterm??? Contacted dyson and was told there is only one model in Usa so would like to know if there is any difference with your dryer and amazons”

Many of the items for sale on Amazon are from 3rd party sellers / resellers who can name their price. Doesnt make much sense now but they capitalize on limited quantities during holiday season and apparently never adjusted their prices afterwards

No there is not. Amazon is overpriced for this product. Just pick it up at Best buy. I did some research on this. There's no reason for it to be more expensive. Unless it's the limited edition model with the carrying case.
