Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. All Dyson vacuums will require the same voltage to charge the machine; our machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. The suction power on the V11 Animal and V11 Torque Drive is 185 air watts, and on the V11 Outsize, suction power is 220 air watts. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
