A:AnswerI would go to the Dyson web site they have more details about what each model is best used for plus you can buy different accessories to make it more universal.
A:AnswerI just checked the plug on mine and it is 100-240v and 50/60hz, so it will work. You would just need the adapter for the plug so that you can plug it in at the wall.
A:AnswerYes, it does. Make sure that you either put it in a stud or use the proper inserts so it doesn't fall out. It's lightweight, but still needs those.
A:AnswerHello Harp, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V8 Animal can be used on carpeting, area rugs and bare floors. That being said, it does have a spinning brush bar that cannot be disabled. There is a soft roller cleaner head available for purchase separately, which was engineered specifically for hard flooring. If you cannot locate this tool at your local Dyson retailer, we do carry it on the Dyson website.
