A:AnswerWhen using our cordless Dyson V8 Animal, we have to maintain a finger on the trigger for it to stay on. I'm guessing that having some type of "auto hold" option may affect the process of emptying the canister.

A:Answerso long as you plug it up everyday whenever your done using jt..it charges quick. if you used the super ppwer mode the batter will last maybe 20-30min but i immediately throw the charger into it

A:AnswerHello Dede, this is Kelly with Dyson. Any of the non-motorized attachments that you have for your Dyson V7 and V8 will be interchangeable. While the motorized attachments may fit, they may not work the same, as the power between units is different.

A:AnswerIt does that to us when we vacuum our rugs on the "High" setting. Too much power and it sucks the brush head attachment into the rug and stops the brush. We now vacuum our rugs with it on "low" and it works perfectly even on our longer strand shower rug.

A:AnswerAlthough the eight would probably work fine I might go for the 10 because it has a new style roller that is much better than the old ones. Plus you get extra time… You can vacuum longer without having to charge it.
