I would recommend going on their website and calling the tech support line. The Best Buy associate that helped me assured me this thermostat would work for my system based on their configurator. I ran into problems during installation and the Ecobee tech support was amazing, they tried everything to find a solution (unfortunately, in my case the thermostat ended up being incompatible with my system).
