Not really. The Ecobee can control one HVAC unit. It uses the individual wireless sensors to either average them all or focusing on 1 sensor depending on the Comfort settings. For example, if you set the Sleep Comfort settings to just use a wireless sensor, Ecobee uses the temperature from that sensor to control the HVAC. Zone heating requires either separate HVAC units or controllable vents.
