“After attaching the cleaning cloth plate to the reservoir, how do you separate them again? If I try to pull them apart I am afraid I may break either piece, or are you supposed to leave them attached all the time? Thank you for your help”

• A firm but gentle tug will release the mop pad. If you leave it attached the vacuum will not function as a vacuum. When the plate is atatched it goes into mop mode.
