Hi there, Thanks for taking an interest in our product! Please kindly note that the model in question (T20 Omni) is capable of multi-floor mapping and allows a maximum of 3 permanent maps. However, the robot won't be able to descend by itself because the anti-drop sensors will keep it away from stairs. In this case, the user can step in and help the robot move between levels if the other half of the floor needs to be cleaned. Have a good one!
