• Hi Kev, It's recommended to use ECOVACS cleaning solution and you may find it available on ECOVACS's official website. Generally speaking, if floor maintenance requires using a cleaning solution, please choose those with low-corrosive and low-foam formulas and spray the cleaner on the mopping cloth or on the floor before starting the robot for cleaning.
