Software is updated via OTA update done in the app and is pushed to the device: Software updates aren't exclusive to where you purchase

Software is constant and it will update when is connected to the Internet via Bluetooth.

Hi, once you connect it to your wifi, the latest update available will install. It will update that way for any future updates that might come out also.
