“My carpet has a two inch fringe that always gets stuck in a regular vacuum. Would Deebot be able to go over it without getting stuck?”

• Probably going to run into issues as well with any vacuum with it getting stuck on that fringe.

• It will likely get stuck or just end up avoiding it. I have a fringed carpet in the closet. It won't go over it.

• This is the Shark - EZ Robot Vacuum RV912S not a Deebot and yes we have throw rugs with that kind of edge which it works well. I have used the deebot and it gets hung up 80% of the time on the throw rugs.

• Hi, Please kindly note that DEEBOT is specially designed for hard ground floors such as wood floors, ceramic tile, and short wool carpet. If the wool of the carpet is too long, it does cause the Side Brushes to wind up. It is recommended that you set the virtual boundary on the long-wool carpet or do some shade around the carpet a little to clear the obstacles for DEEBOT so that DEEBOT can travel freely in your home.
