Hi, Please kindly note that this Deebot has the Carpet Detection Sensor. If the Deebot detects the carpet and this Deebot will avoid the carpet when this Deebot is under mopping mode. Or after you save the map, you could set the no-mop zone on the carpet area, then the Deebot will not work on the carpet when this Deebot is under mopping mode. I only set mine up for mopping occasionally though, because otherwise it would not clean the rugs I have. Usually I let it run its scheduled cleaning at 10am and then install the mopping parts and let it run again. It can do two entire runs on my +/- 1000 sqft main floor without needing to charge in between.
