Then the 3rd EERO unit at the complete other end of my house next floor up and works great. I'm no expert but possibly make sure your Modem is strong. I also paid to have Best Buy tech install mine to insure it worked.

It then sends the signals to the satellite units. My Erro router is connected to the modem on one end of the house and the additional units are 30 ft and 90 ft away from the Erro router. I get another 75 ft coverage outside my house in the backyard.
A:AnswerIt checks for updates automatically and it prompted me to install them, it did so during my setup. I don't see an option to install them automatically, more than likely it'll prompt you so it doesn't disrupt your wifi service unexpectantly.
