• yes, it's currently a 'Discover' feature and is off by default. If you mean can you define separate SSID's for the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks, then no.

• I have cameras that are 2.4 and they work fine. If you are having troubles, call support and ask them to turn the 5ghz band off so you can get them set. They can keep that band off for 15min and then it comes back on
