“I currently have an Xfinity modem and router WiFi tri-6 all in one unit. I want to extend my range outside to approximately 80 ft in backyard. Extenders don't reach pool shed. Is the Eero Pro-6 Ax4200 the best option? Do I need the Xfinity router? Thanks”

The eero probably would not reach that range. You would need multiple access points to bridge that gap. eero can do this, but they are not designed for outdoor use. One eero would need to be hardwired to the modem/internet and the other eero can wirelessly link to the head/gateway one (either all at once or daisy chaining to the head/gateway eero).
