Will this work with the Cox cable system null

Yes, it should work fine. The head/gateway eero will be hardwired into the Cox system via ethernet cable for internet access. It will then create a wifi network. The other two eero can connect to that gateway eero either wirelessly or wired and they will broadcast the same wifi network.
