Where is my download code? null

seems like a lot of people are waiting... myself included. I just got off the phone with support. they said "the publisher has not released the game"... I feel lied to.

I also called support, they gave me a number to contact to report. Number is 1-888-237-8289

I called 3 different lines and got 3 different answers. The most recent is that they 'ran out of codes' and that we have to wait until monday before they can do anything about it apparently.

I called and they told me to give them a week to receive the code, wow

When I purchased it said it won't be available until Mar 1, 2022.
