A:AnswerYes, Steam is the vendor for Best Buy's PC downloads (except for games distributed by EA).

A:Answerseems like a lot of people are waiting... myself included. I just got off the phone with support. they said "the publisher has not released the game"... I feel lied to.
A:AnswerI contacted support, and they told me that I should expect a key within 24 hours of release. Release for BestBuy was apparently 2/25 at midnight. I specifically asked if I should have a key by midnight tonight, and they assured me that I should receive it by then.
BestBuy does not seem like a good place to pre-order games, at least digitally for PC. Most other retailers had codes sent out by the 23rd for the preload, and subsequent launch at 5 PM CST on the 24th.
A:AnswerI got on a chat with customer service and found out my purchase had been declined. When I told him that my order still said it would be ready in an hour, he told me it would update later in the day. Soooo, I had him cancel my order and I bought the game elsewhere. I now already have it installed and enjoying it.
A:AnswerI preordered the digital only PC version and got a steelbook a few days later. When going thru the process of checkout it should list the steelbook as a free item. That being said I don’t know if this was pre-order bonus only.
A:AnswerThe keys are are provided in your Bestbuys downloaded folders, next to purchases. I thought I was going to have a hard time but nop just copy or wrot down my key(through your best buy login or email they sent u) whent into my steam account and typed in key. Game downloads begin…
A:AnswerThis is a digital version, there is no excuse for why we have not received this game yet, let alone not being able to predownload it.
It is passed 1 am and I still have not received my copy, when you have been officially been able to play this since 3 pm PST the day before. I'll frankly never buy preorders from best buy ever again.
It is absolutely mind boggling that they refuse to give out codes ahead of time, because there is literally no risk involved. It's not like you can cheat the system and play the game before you're supposed to.
A:AnswerSince you bought third party I'm pretty sure you're stuck with the game. Steam can issue refunds on products purchased from them directly from their application. Other than that, you're dealing with a distributor whose product you've already used.
At this point, it's like eating a plate of fries and trying to return an empty plate for your money back. You're kind of stuck with forking over the bill since there is nothing left to return.
A:AnswerI was told by a customer service rep that since this is a digital item, reward certificates cannot be used on it. It's frustrating because there is no physical PC release available from Best Buy and that limitation probably means I'll be thinking four or five times before ever buying anything from them again.
