“Why has the digital code not gone out yet???? How can a digital purchase take any time at all to prepare???? I will no longer be purchasing games from Bestbuy. Horrible experience for a former loyal customer.”

I got on a chat with customer service and found out my purchase had been declined. When I told him that my order still said it would be ready in an hour, he told me it would update later in the day. Soooo, I had him cancel my order and I bought the game elsewhere. I now already have it installed and enjoying it.
