“Can I use reward certificates to buy this? I'm getting an error "reward certificates can’t be used to buy gift cards or specialty items"”

• I was told by a customer service rep that since this is a digital item, reward certificates cannot be used on it. It's frustrating because there is no physical PC release available from Best Buy and that limitation probably means I'll be thinking four or five times before ever buying anything from them again.

• Best buy are clocksuckers and won't let me use my hard earned points to buy a video game that they only offer in digital format. Guess I will go elsewhere for my video games, consoles, and other electronic purchases. F Best Buy

• you should be able to use the certificates on the day the game comes out, but not online before release day.
