• Agreed. According to fromSoft official account steam release is Thursday 24th 5 pm central time and preload is today. I’d I do not get the code I’m cancelling

• I have personally not received my code from BB. This is Wed. well after pre-load has started on Steam. I would recommend buying directly from Steam as BB does not even seem to be aware of pre-load and actual release times (6pm EST 24th per Steam).

• I contacted BB support afternoon of the 24th, just a few hours to release. I still had not received my code. Support rep just kept saying it would be released on the 25th, even after I linked her to all the info on Steam with the right dates and times. I cancelled my pre-order and I'll get it from Steam. It's not worth a few reward points at BB. I recommend if you want PC games for launch, don't get them from BB.

• According to the "How it works Digital Downloads" support article: "Some pre-ordered games become available for download prior to their release date. While not playable until release day, downloading the game beforehand can save you time, leaving you more time to play. If a game you pre-order becomes eligible for early download, you will receive instructions via email." So it seems that pre-order codes should go out Wednesday for the preload, which is good considering the official release time on PC according to Bandai-Namco is 6PM EST on February 24.
