Thank you for reaching out regarding your Electrolux Laundry Tower with the 4.4 cu. ft. Front Load Washer. We understand how concerning it can be when the water temperature does not match your selected setting. If the washer is using hot water no matter which temperature you choose, please check the following: 1. Verify hose connections Ensure the hot and cold water hoses are connected to the correct inlets on the back of the washer. Reversed connections will cause the washer to fill with the wrong temperature. 2. Confirm both water supply valves are fully open If the cold-water valve is closed or partially closed, the washer will rely on hot water only. 3. Inspect hoses for kinks or blockages Restricted cold-water flow can prevent proper temperature mixing. 4. Perform a cold-water test Select a cycle that uses cold water only (such as Rinse & Spin). If hot water still enters the washer, the cold inlet valve may require servicing. - Jessica
