Customer Ratings & Reviews

After a poor installation, we are very happy with this machine overall, although there is a lot more vibration than expected on the spin cycle! Also, there was a small rusty area along the front edge of the supposedly stainless steel drum in the washer which I took care of with steel wool, and permanent water spots on the back! Suspicious, but I assume Best Buy would not sell a used machine as new! About the installation, the delivery/setup guys did not install the hole plugs in the shipping holes on the back of the washer, they installed an obviously used power cord in the wrong opening and without the proper clamp (see attached photo), and they did not leave the unit properly leveled! I adjusted the level myself, I obtained the hole plugs directly from Electrolux after unsuccessful attempts with Best Buy, and a second delivery/setup team correctly installed a new power cord with the proper strain relief clamp! I guess time will tell about the long term quality of this unit, but I hope it's as reliable as the Electrolux vacuum cleaner we had for so long!

Just moved into a new place and got this washer & dryer set — love how easy laundry day just became. The washer gets everything really clean without me having to overthink it, and the dryer leaves clothes soft and wrinkle-free with minimal effort. The stack tower setup saved so much space in my laundry area and the controls are simple to use. It looks good, runs quietly, and just works. Definitely glad I picked it up.

I waited 2+ months to post a review just to make sure the set was still functioning properly. I was hesitant to purchase another front loading set, but I have nothing but praise for this unit and brand. My clothes have never been cleaner and I literally get two weeks worth of laundry done in hours. Previously, that would have taken days between Samsung's inaccurate wash times and an old dryer on its last leg. Delivery and installation was a breeze thanks to a great delivery team.

Best of washer and dryer I have owned. Can wash a load in 15 minutes and dries even quilts in 30 minutes.

Never heard this brand before but I really like it. You will have to buy and put in your own dryer electrical cable to install it.

This is the best Tower! I love my Electrolux washer and dryer! It the best! Between the both units they several cycles. I have tried them all. Delivery was a breeze along with hooking everything up. My clothes look so much better now! I would recommend to any of my friends to purchase when they need to get a new washer and dryer in the future.

Love these ! The wash is clean and stain free. The dryer is efficient while saving energy. I am very happy with this purchase!

I have always heard that Electrolux was a premium brand. Friends who had one loved their purchase & praised it highly but never did I expect it to be this great! Love how panel selection for both is in the middle & its so easy use. Very intuitive! The washer has great settings like Optic White to get whites brighter without using bleach. I also like that it has a Allergen setting which I luse because I have allergies to dust and pet dander. The dispenser can take pods which others did not offer. It has steam for both which it excellent for wrinkles in the dryer and gets stubborn dirt in the wash. Both have interior lights which is great in the washer as well as dryer. Another feature no other brand had was reversible doors (was a must for me). Had mine about 2 months and no problems. Its very quiet. Spin can be a little lound sometimes but not a deal breaker. I'm very impressed with Electrolux brand, it's well made & no other brand came close to the features this has. I've always purchased Samsung in the past but I've noticed their manufacturing has gone down quite a bit (many plastic parts that break). After Thanksgiving it was on sale for $1,599, about half off so the decision was easy. Time for a change & Electrolux has not let me down. The washer/dryer tower I purched in Titanium is far Superior to any brand Ive owned.

I couldn’t be happier with this washer-dryer combo! It’s been an absolute lifesaver for my small space, and I’m genuinely impressed with how efficient and easy it is to use. The washing cycle is thorough and surprisingly quiet, even when it's loaded up. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. The dryer function is just as impressive — it dries everything evenly without overheating or shrinking fabrics. I especially appreciate the all-in-one convenience of transferring zero laundry between machines. Set it and forget it! It’s also energy efficient, which I’ve definitely noticed on my utility bill. The sleek design and intuitive controls make it a great addition to any home, especially if you're short on space or looking to simplify your laundry routine. Overall, this combo unit has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

I used to own a 2021 model 8 cu ft dryer. This tower unit combines the best features of both the dryer and washer. I also prefer the tone of the noise it makes compared to the standalone units. Sounds more like a jet engine in the distance than a train rumbling by.

We've had this laundry tower for about six months and have had no issues. It operates very quiet, there are lots of easy-to-use preset functions, the lint trap is easy to clean, and it hasn't gotten all gunked up or smelly so far! The front-loading is SO worth it. Drying times are fast, likely partially thanks to the thorough spin cycle on the washer-- usually the only reason a load doesn't come up totally dry is because we put a little too much into it.

Overall I like the Washer and Dryer. Washer has some good features. The wash action works in a back and forth action that seems to clean just fine. It handled light and heavy loads fine. I watched it try several times to balance a difficult load before it spun all the way up on rinse. Which is nice that it just doesn't go for it on an unbalanced load. I did shim the top so that it couldn't move around much, though. Before that the top would move around a few inches if the load was unbalanced while it was running the water out. Once it was at full speed it was stable. The motor is a little whiny when it spins up the drum. More than I thought it should be. The Dryer has good options for drying at different levels of dry. The lint catcher is great. Best one I have ever had on a dryer. I really like that. My biggest problem is that even if the dryer is empty, it rumbles. It sounds like the whatever the dryer drum runs on is not smooth. And it can be heard throughout the house. I am not sure why it is loud. Drum moves smoothly by hand very slowly, but I can feel a little wobble when I spin it a little faster. One of the guide wheels is probably not aligned correctly or something. Probably wouldn't bug most people, but I am noise sensitive, and this bothers me. Overall it appears to be fairly decent so far. As long the 2 noises are not indicating some mechanical issues, it washes and drys well. And one of the few options were both doors are reversible.

Washer and dryer both work as expected. However, the washer where the door meet the unit has a gap of about 2 inches by design, which socks and other small garments tend to get stuck in. One sock almost disappeared with only a little piece showing which was just enough to pull it out. I wonder where it would have actually disappeared to if I could'nt pull the little piece out???

I love this. Machine is quiet and efficient. It was a little awkward since it’s all one piece but that’s the only negative I can think of!

I took a chance on this washer and dryer combo after reading not so good reviews of the other two brands that I was considering. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. The Electrolux has been easy to use, and has all of the features that I was searching for. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Electrolux has exceeded my expectations. The cleaning performance is incredibly thorough, the cycles are efficient, and it runs impressively quiet. The design feels high-end, the controls are simple to use, and the results speak for themselves. Easily one of the best laundry appliances I’ve ever owned.

This Electrolux washer / dryer combo is amazing, I like that it is narrow but deep that makes it fit better in our laundry room and doesn't look capacity. Verty nice features and quiet. The installers did a fantastic job also and were on time!

Just replaced my 25+ year old stackable with this. Easy to use, sleek design fits perfectly. so many settings, so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. Loving it.

Love that it is not bulky. Easy to use. Dryer isn’t that quiet but I have and outside utility room.

ON the day of delivery, everything went great... until we turned it on for a 15 minute wash cycle. There was a loud grinding noise. I freaked out and went immediately to Best Buy to ask for a new machine but, was told I had to wait till the next day. It was still showing in the system as "out for delivery". Anywayyyy... I went back home and tried a full wash. No loud noise. The dryer worked fine. The next day a did a very large wash. No problems. I've had it 4 weeks now and it's working great. I have no idea what the loud noise was on day 1. I love the digital interface. It looks very modern and techie. Clothes wash and dry well. Will update if I have any other issues with it. So far so good!
