If I had to wager, you’d need to have them running to a splitter, that then goes into the input port. Otherwise, there is no way I can think of that you can do this.

It doesn't have enough ports to connect both at the same time.

Ty, I'm not an expert. But I think you need a HDMI Splitter to be able to do that. That way you switch between consoles plugged in into the capture card. Keep in mind that I haven't tried this configuration, so you might need to change some things in the software of the capture card that to do a smooth change.
