“After pouring one cup the green light goes out and the coffee quickly gets cold. I didn’t see anything in the booklet but am I suppose to hit the button again so that the coffee doesn’t get cold?”

• Hello, Once the percolator is removed from the heating plate it will automatically turn OFF due to Safety Function. Each time the percolator is set on the heating plate push the ON button to keep warm. Elite by Maxi-Matic Customer Care Team

• Yes, you can press the button again once you have lured a cup of coffee and the warming feature will be on. However, it only keeps warm for a short time.
