QuestionAfter pouring one cup the green light goes out and the coffee quickly gets cold. I didn’t see anything in the booklet but am I suppose to hit the button again so that the coffee doesn’t get cold?

- Answer Hello, Once the percolator is removed from the heating plate it will automatically turn OFF due to Safety Function. Each time the percolator is set on the heating plate push the ON button to keep warm. Elite by Maxi-Matic Customer Care Team

QuestionI bought this coffee pot 2 weeks ago. Turned it on this morning, light comes on, but it will not perk. Of course I threw away the box so I can't send it back. I normally would not have done that. Light works, but no perking at all.

- Answer If you are just using it to boil water it won’t perk. It will only perk if you have the coffee basket in place.
