“I bought this coffee pot 2 weeks ago. Turned it on this morning, light comes on, but it will not perk. Of course I threw away the box so I can't send it back. I normally would not have done that. Light works, but no perking at all.”

If you are just using it to boil water it won’t perk. It will only perk if you have the coffee basket in place.

Please try again later.Hello, Place Coffee Basket and Pump Tube assembly into the Percolator so that the bowl shaped end of the Pump Tube fits directly into the well found on the bottom of the inside of the Percolator.
