I have had a few percolators in the past. They normally last for well over 8+ years before it normally has a n electrical problem. I thought I had found a solution since I wouldn’t have to keep plugging it in and out of the pot all the time. Well I did fix that problem but found a worse problem with this pot. It’s been about three years and the last months have noticed spots of coffee left on the counter. I finally did a thorough look at the pot (much deeper look)and found that the bolt in the inside of the pot at the bottom had corroded so bad it fell apart when I touched it. By looking at it I would say we’ve been drinking pieces of that metal for quite some time. We only make one pot a day and sometimes not at all so I don’t feel we overuse it by no means. I have never had a percolator coffee pot corrode. I have cleaned it regularly as I always have all the pots I’ve had. I didn’t see any warning about this! I do not recommend this coffee pot.

This coffee pot is very stylish. I like the way the pot separates from the base making it easier to serve but the best thing about this product is that it makes a damm good cup of hot coffee. The only thing that I think could improve on it would be automatic shut off. I've left it plugged in twice already.

Love the coffee pot and it makes great coffee. I also like that it fits in my appliance garage, I still think EVERY electric appliance should come with auto shut off, which I could not find on any coffee pot like this.

Funky design with the electronics in a little base rather than in the pot itself. If a person fills pot with water to the 12 cup mark, the water blows all over the counter top. It is really not a 12 cup pot, more like 10. Timer turns off the heat automatically. We would prefer to do that when we want it off. On a more positive note, it does make coffee.

I love this percolater the pot is in an actual heater so the coffee stays hot!

It is quick and easy to use, it looks nice, keeps the coffee warm. All around good product

We had purchased a similar model previously and wanted a replacement just like it. We love the 12-cup capacity. The only thing to remember is when you remove it from the base to pour a cup of coffee and return it to the base, you need to press the power button to continue to keep the unit warm. Easy to clean and holes are small enough to prevent too many grounds seeping through.

Finally made the switch from drip coffee that break due to hard water calcium buildup and this product has been a bargain so far. Excellent and quick brewing time. Easy to clean and handle.

This is the worst coffee pot ever! I received it on 11/10 and it stopped working the 11/24. It is the third one I’ve purchased in the last few months. The other 2 were from Macy’s. One of which came used! After you pour it, it shuts off so the coffee doesn’t stay hot. If you turn it on again it burns the coffee. Just awful.

Brews a crappy cup of coffee. Warmer shuts off way too soon. I would not recommend this pot.

makes great coffee ...but you must use coarse ground coffee beans ..if you use fine coffee i...some may find its way into the coffee cup..and the warming device is a nice feature

I haven't had a coffee percolator since the MR. Coffee maker came out in the 70's. We love this percolator and the taste of the coffee it makes. It is better to use course ground coffee with this percolator.

I have used this perculator for about a month now. We bought it for making coffee for guests, we are tea drinkers for ourselves. I found that you need course grind coffee if you want to avoid grounds in your coffee. mostly we heat water in the perculator for tea, or brew tea, the loose kind or in bags. it works well either way. It heats water in a few minutes, brews coffee or tea in the same short time.

I tried to write a review about 2 weeks ago. Never saw it post. I brought this coffee pot in August of this year used it 3 times a week. On October 25, 2020, when I turned it on to warm up my coffee the power light was a pinkish purple color and the base was smoking. Tried it the next day and the same thing happened. I was hoping that I could at least get some insight on how to repair it. Bestbuy said the return time had expired

This coffee pot makes great coffee. I purchased because my grandmother had one for years and it made great coffee.

This percolator makes great coffee. I will never go back to dripp type coffee maker.

if your an old timer or a new timer.....you will love this coffee perculator...but follow the directions and use coarse ground coffee...i ground my own beans and if you do that you and your guests will enjoy the greatest coffee ever,and the heating element is another plus...

Very nice, I was surprised that the pot come of of the electric pad so you can pour coffee without the electric cord dangling.
