    I too fell victim to the leaky top, it leaked like a sieve. Cute little thing though. Also a little tricky to keep it warm after you take it off the stand, somehow you had to manipulate the button to turn blue for warm (orange would re-brew the pot). But, Best Buy took it back with no hassles at the store from an online purchase.
