A:AnswerI Googled the bpa and it is bpa free. No to dehydrating. Air fryer ovens can dehydrate if that particular model has that feature but not air fryers
A:AnswerThey all have different features, this one is a 5 liter digital fryer. 1805 is the same size but with analog controls instead of digital, 1809 seems similar to the 1804 but also seems to have an added feature or a keep warm function
A:AnswerI've never cooked chicken wings (and I HATE when people don't directly answer your questions!), BUT I can tell you about my experience cooking everything else in it...
It doesn't matter what I'm cooking, I pull the bucket out enough to "shake" it at least once or twice during each use. (I don't pull it out much... Maybe an inch or two, where the bucket is still resting on the lip where you slide it into the air fryer, and just "shake it" by pushing it in and out vigorously enough to toss the food around a little bit; it doesn't take much.) IF I do not do this, then no matter what I am cooking, the portion of the food that is overlapping will not be "fried" (or cooked completely) like the exposed portions are.
This bucket is HUGE, so you should have no problem cooking as many and/or as much as you want to in it as long as you shake the contents a couple of times. (You don't even have to stop it; just pull it out, shake it, and push it back in.)
I hope this helps.
A:AnswerI have used mine several times since mid December, cooking wings, baked potatoes, French fries, sweet potato fries, reheating left overs. Pan and basket are easy to clean in regular sink. Can put those items in dishwasher, but its kinda big. Non stick surface has worked well and shows no sign of peeling. Have noticed where pan slides into cooker on non cooking surface it has rubbed finish off to show metal.
A:AnswerAccording to the manufacturer, the capacity is 5.2 liters which translates to just a touch under 5.5 quarts. Basket is approx. 9 x 9.5. We've only had ours a few weeks, but it seems plenty big enough for our family of three adults. I did purchase a stainless steel rack from Target to help increase the capacity. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThe good news the coating is not a PFOA based product so it's relatively harmless. I spray my flaked off basket with aerosol olive oil and that works fine for me no matter what I cook and I use it a lot.
A:AnswerI have cooked a whole chicken, about 4-5 pounds. It does not come with a rotisserie rack but it does have a sizable wire basket which worked quite well. The chicken turned out very well, with most of the fat dripping below the basket in the bottom of the “tub”.
