• The book claims that you can. There are seafood, chicken, steak and fish on the menus for temp and time. The recipe book calls for breaded chicken.

• I was able to cook raw (not frozen) hamburgers in 10 minutes and they came out great. I haven't tried chicken yet but you can find lots of videos online which show how to make breaded chicken.
