It won't matter because the customer support has been shut down since March. But here is their email: [email protected] You will get an auto reply "Our offices are located in the NYC and NJ area and due to the COVID-19 we have been closed since 03/23. We will keep you updated once we are able to proceed with requests."

The number is out of service. I ordered a replacement part for my oven and they sent the wrong item. I can’t get a response back from email customer service. I’m at a dead end for contacting Emerald
