If you bought anything other than Epson ink it will disable the printer from working. Just a thought. Could be not installed correctly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You bought it on eBay. This comes with the territory. Take it into Geek Squad or keep searching Google. If you had bought it at Besy Buy, they would probably help you a little.

I'm not sure where yours would be located but It may need to be replaced. Once you find its location and if you can, take it out and see if you have lots of black gooey ink inside of it. This is a dump where all the excess or waste ink goes. I don't know if this is what is causing your problem but a good place to start at least. I accidentally discovered this little box when I was probing around on my machine and didn't know what it was. The folks at Best Buy told me it is a waste dump for excess or unused or waste ink and that sometimes those have to be replaced if they are full and eventually they will fill up. I've purchased many XL cartridges for my machine and have never had a problem so it could possible be that this is causing an issue with your machine especially if you've been using it allot. Good luck and hope this helps solve your problem.
