• run the clean print head option then print a test page you might have to do it twice . And also make sure that you use the best quality print option .

• Hi Ray, The EcoTank ET-2720 is not a sublimation printer. Using sublimation ink may damage the print head and affect warranty coverage. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
