A:AnswerThis answer assumes that you're taking pictures with your smartphone; if you're using a camera you can still do it but you have to transfer the picture from your camera to your phone.
If your phone is connected to the WiFi network that your printer is connected to, you can use the Epson iPrint app on your phone to print photos. If you're outside WiFi range, the ET-2800 is capable of printing photos that you send as attachments to emails to the printer, but you must set up the printer to use this feature - see https://files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd6/cpd60271/index.html?page=source%2Fproduct_info%2Fepson_connect%2Ftasks%2Fepson_email_print_panel.html for information on how to do this.
A:AnswerPrint as much as you want. This is not one of those printers that forcibly requires a monthly plan that you are forced to pay for each month for how many pages you print each month or for ink supply to be sent to your house. I dumped my HP for that reason as well as my HP consistently had connectivity issues that was extremely irritating.
A:AnswerI don’t recall if a cable came with the printer; I don’t believe one did. I used my existing cable from my old printer which has a flat male (standard) USB end that plugs into the computer on one end of the cable and a square end that plugs into the printer. It also will connect wirelessly to the computer.
A:AnswerGo to Epson webpage and download the most current driver for your operating system. I run an iMac so I had to find a driver for mine because it was not included in the enclosed literature. It took some time. However the driver walks you through the process.
