• Yes, it prints in color, and I think it should be able to connect since it connects via Bluetooth , I was able to connect mine to my IPad.

• It does print in color, so long as you (obviously) have the ink. It also scans and copies and surprisingly to me, it has the capability of printing double-sided. As for printing from a Samsung, I have no idea. I bought it w/o even knowing if it would connect to what I had (Microsoft Surface Pro )and thankfully, it worked.
