First time purchasing a wireless printer and it is easy to use and the benefits of printing documents at home is great at anytime.it is affordable and i would recommend friends to buy one.prints also in color and black and white wireless from my computer too.

I bought this printer for school. It works great and is user friendly. Not the highest quality printing for any kind of graphics so do not buy if you need to print pictures. and The volume of the ink cartridge is not much so I would not buy this printer if you need to print more than 10 sheets a week. You'll waist money. It is great for printing essays, lab reports, worddocuments, etc. The only other complaint about this item is that the black ink is much more expensive than the color ink. Maybe there is some special production cost that black ink requires, but it is odd to me that a black cartridge is $20 for a single pack, but a three pack of color is around $18.00. The printer is very versatile in meeting all of my basic needs at a reasonable price. Printing, copying, and scanning at my fingertips! It's very easy to operate! !

Awesome! Very user friendly and easy to set up. It’s a must buy. I had purchased a HP and tried for 2 days to get it to work with the Wi-Fi even contacting their support team and I finally returned it and purchase the Epson. Don’t waist your time go to Epsonaf

Makes the table it's on shake like an epileptic iguana every time it prints. But that's okay, wrapped a couple of bungee cords around it and we're right as rain. The package was delayed several times in several different cities. Oh, the stories it could tell. But seriously, it is a good printer.

I bought this about a month ago and it works well! I use for documents or presentation slide with small images but haven’t tried pictures or full page images yet. I think it’s a good buy for the price it being wireless or wired connection is a bonus plus ability to scan things.

This is the kind of printer I wanted when I bought the HP. The Epson Expression Home XP-4100 was very easy to set up right out of the box. Took me a few minutes to get the tape off so it didn't get damaged in transit. I put in the ink cartridges, and the software CD and in 15 minutes I had a working printer. Epson still is number 1 in my book.

I needed a wireless printer to print from my tablet, laptop and phone. It was easy to set up, and had the color cartridges/black and white included. Great printer!

This is a great home printer for the casual user. Set up was quick and easy and its functions are very straightforward. So far no issues. Be sure to buy extra ink with the printer as most of the ink that comes with it is used for testing/calibration.

I love the Epson printers. Now I only will purchase from Best Buy for the protection and a piece of mind. If they no longer carry the item you can go look for something in the same price range or upgrade.

not very easy to use the touchscreen menu. good quality pictures but slow to come out of the printer

Absolutely great machine for the price. Hooked to my WiFi and then my phone in no time and works every time. I laminated the stuff i printed for my daughter and it looks professional.

It is small, doesn't take up lots of space but I never used because the set up process was flawed.

We love this printer! Have had it for about 2 months and have used it to print from a fire tablet and iphone w/no issues and have also used as a copier. Can increase or decrease darkness when copying (can save on ink w/this option). Interface makes the copier easy to use; use interface to make your wifi connection, switch to 'copy' feature, access software updates (interface lets you know when update is avail.). Before I purchased, I read some user reviews stating that the black ink cartridge that came w/the printer was only good for a few pages, but I just replaced the cartridge on ours, so seems that our experience was better.
