Hi Maria. The Expression Home XP-4100 is designed to use only genuine Epson 212 and 212XL ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly. Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.
