Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello there, I have not experienced this problem. (As yet) I suggest resetting the printer to manufacturer's defaults. First make sure there are no dust particles or shipping tape in or on the printer. Open and close all panels, doors and covers. Then reset your printer to manufacturer's defaults. Hope this helps.
