“Got the printer finally all set up to the WiFi etc and getting ready to print then it would come up that there was a paper jam. Went and check paper. No jam. Hit done. It would start and stop and say it’s jammed . How do you get out of problem”

Check and make sure you have removed all tape and foam from inside the printer and also make sure there are no curled pages.
