“I bought this printer a year ago, worked fine. Now i send a document to print and i just get white pages. Anyone know what the problem is?”

They definitely have a shelf life that accelerates when taken out of the shipping package. You said you bought it a year ago. Is that the original ink cartridge? If so, install a new cartridge(s).
