- Answer I had trouble setting up my wireless also using a PC laptop. After placing the scanner literally next to the wireless router it worked.

QuestionI like the "Describe Your Photos" feature but would like to periodically erase all the subjects I previously used so the dropdown selections list are fewer. Is there a way to do that? I haven't found that option yet but seems like it should be easy.

QuestionCan multiple small photos in the carrier sheet be scanned together and does the software have the ability to auto crop the images? For example, I put 4 photos in the carrier sheet and I get 4 individual JPGs. I wouldn't want one big collage.

- Answer To Epson reply: That didn't answer my question. Can I put 4 photos in the carrier sheet and scan them then use the software to individually crop them (or a 2nd party software). One at a time in the carrier sheet seems inefficient since I have many delicate photos that shouldn't be batched thru the feeder. Thanks.

QuestionI started scanning with photos upside down & it numbered the photo with 001_b and the back of photo with 001_a. I deleted the folder and started over, but the program started the numbering at 0048..... is there a way to specify to start numbering with 001

- Answer Navigate to the following location: "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\EPSON\FastFoto". Open the file config.json. Look for the folder name you want to reset the count on. You should see something like this: "Key": "My Album", "Value": xx Change from "Value": xx to "Value": 0 and save the file
