“Does this scanner work with Windows 11. I scan my business receipts after that does it send the info to a chart/ form that records my receipt and add the expenses and can i print a list of all my expenses or do i need Quick books to generate a printout”

Hello JDeben. The RR-600W uses Epson ScanSmart software to only scan your receipts and save the data. After the scan is complete, you can export the data to different Receipt management software like QuickBooks and organize the information into separate categories. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
