Why is it my "scan" button won't work? It will not scan the document and it is blinking slowly. It does go from muted blue to a bright blue so it is detecting the paper. I have only used the machine 3 times since I purchased it the end of November. null

Hi Janet. Make sure Epson Scan 2 and other applications, such as Document Capture Pro (Windows) or Document Capture (Mac), are installed correctly. If necessary, uninstall and reinstall it. If you need further assistance, visit the official Epson Support website. Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.
